Poorly excuted plan

Education for our kids is the best investment to prepare for the future.
We are all born geniusly smart in our own ways; given the right opportunity we all make great citizens.
In Tanzania, the government has tried to increase the number of secondary schools. Great idea. However, the control and funding of these schools is a sad story. There are no teachers, no books, no sports facilities and kids have to pay extra this and extra that to the extent that many kids drop out of school as their parents can no afford this relatively free education. Th other thing is, every teacher seem to have the right to kick a child out of school whenever they wish. Kibindu secondary school in Bagamoyo is a prime example. I was disgusted by the number od kids who were put out education because of poor management and greedy of the teachers.
A poor excuted plan is as good as a no plan at all.
Lets get the right people with the right mentality to run our programmes and those to drag us backwards should be held accountable.
I am on a war path with YOU incompetent creatures.
Mr President, your team is letting you down.
